Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The item is damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Items assembled or modified by the customer.
- Clearance or final sale products.
- Products without original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
